Youth and government

DEVELOPING FUTURE LEADERS

Youth & Government is a national YMCA program for high school students that prepares them for moral and political leadership through training in the theory and practice of developing public policy.

We believe that Youth & Government encourages teens to be civic-minded and socially responsible.

We welcome any teen who is interested in gaining a better understanding of how our state government works. To become a part of our club, the teen should have a good work ethic and be willing to learn. Our meetings are held on Wednesdays from 5-6pm in the C.O. Miller Teen Center.
