Huddle Up—Adult Flag Football at the Y!
Ready to bring the energy without the full-contact hits? Our Adult Flag Football League is your chance to stay active, compete, and have a blast with teammates who love the game as much as you do.
Whether you're a former player or just in it for the fun, you’ll enjoy the fast-paced action, big plays, and even bigger laughs in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Team Registration:
- Open to men and women, ages 18 and up
- Players must register individually and can register as part of a team or as an individual
Season Details:
- Registration is open from January 11th-March 15th
- Our season runs from late March through early June
- Games are played on Sundays starting at 1:30pm
- A one-day, single-elimination tournament will be held at the end of the season.
- Games are hosted at the Hickory and/or Conover branches

Game Format:
- Games are played 5v5 and you must have a minimum of 4 on the field to not forfeit
- At least one female player must be on the field at all times
- The Y will provide a uniform shirt for the season
